OSHA Consultation
An official OSHA inspection can be a scary thought for a lot of practices. Regardless of how new your building may be, you might be surprised at what violations an OSHA inspector could find. When it comes to the safety of your patients, staff and clients, the best approach is to be proactive. With this full-day safety inspection and training our consultant will provide:
- Safety inspection walk-through during which the consultant will take pictures, and detailed notes of safety concerns. (3-4 Hours)
- 1 on 1 training for the identified OSHA Safety Officer. (1 hour)
- Engaging employee workshop where they will be educated and empowered to be proactive with practice safety. (1.5-2 hours)
Our consultant will work hard to make your staff excited about practice safety, and prepare them for a potential OSHA inspection. Following the consult your practice will be provided with the following resources:
- Safety Manual: We take a unique approach to this safety manual. Not only will it meet the requirements for your safety manual, but its design will also qualify for your documented proof of initial staff training and review of these protocols.
- Safety Inspection Report: A detailed report including the violations and pictures taken during the inspection. It will also include a suggested priority list and any additional resources.
- Safety Officer and Staff Training Presentation (PDF): Your practice will be provided the presentations provided during the visit, for future reference and training.
