VetSupport
TestimonialsWorking with Carol and the VetSupport team has been such a positive experience for our team. She has been able to provide an excellent foundation guidance, empathy and support for us. She has worked closely with each one of us and been able to refine our strengths, graciously explain our weaknesses and develop a plan to improve. This support has enabled our team to work together to become a more cohesive unit and start building a stronger foundation for our management team, and overall build better relationships with the support staff.
Brenda came to our hospital and observed the work flow for several hours. After her visit, she was able to come up with an excellent plan of action for us to improve our patient care. She was a treat to work with.
We have had a great experience with VetSupport, and I am truly appreciative of everything Brenda and her team have done for us. Our practice managers have grown tremendously under her tutelage, and I love having VetSupport in our corner in the face of the unpredictable.
My name is Dr. Rob Goodman and I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to the VetSupport team for great guidance, real world experience and expertise for the management of my leadership team and our employee group as a whole.
We have used them for goal setting and accountability, maintenance and adherence to corporate culture, and real time analysis of our financial benchmarks.
Even though we are a VSG business and utilize high level financial consulting, VetSupport has been able to allow all the members of our management team to understand and utilize KPIs and make them accessible to the remainder of the staff. They have also coordinated all this information to make it useable across all levels.
I would highly recommend Carol Hurst and the entire VetSupport team and their awesome problem solving approach to any veterinary practice that desires high quality service combined with excellent growth.
My first encounter with Brenda was at a practice management conference. She was thorough, engaging, and a tremendous source of useful information. Some time passed and I had no big reason to contact her, until today. Brenda replied to a request I sent quickly and offered advice that made sense and was easy to follow. She is a true professional and I will be sure to take advantage of her wisdom whenever needed. Thank you!
Thank you very much to Carol for helping our team improve the delivery of our service model to better our clients’ experience! Her individualized process of planning, teaching and follow up was professional, insightful, relevant and personable.
Brandon has been a pleasure to work with both in person and remotely. He is easy to talk to, has amazing listening skills, and provides insightful feedback. I really appreciate how organized he is and that he keeps me and my team on track with our goals utilizing things such as checklists, summaries, and follow up e-mails.
We very much look forward to continuing our journey with the Tassava Consulting Team!
It was great having Brenda visit our practice. Her hands on experience in the Veterinary industry coupled with her ability to work with our staff members made the visit extremely productive. She provided our hospital with good advice and many tools to help us improve.
The staff members at our veterinary practice have struggled with communication and getting on the same page. We had an “us vs. them” mentality between the teams and between individual staff members that was creating some serious friction. The conflicts were weighing very heavy on our morale and began to affect patient care and customer service.
Brenda took the time to get to know our situation and helped us pinpoint the most important issues that needed to be addressed. We broke down the challenges and together, we devised a game plan of how we can correct these issues.
For the first time in a long time, I’m excited about the future and how our practice can be a fun and exciting place to work again!
Brandon Hess came to a staff meeting and performed a presentation on compassion fatigue. Being a 24/7/365 practice with 12 DVM’s, it was safe to say this was greatly needed. He was able to reach even those that were skeptical of the concept in a way that resonated and was thought provoking. Our staff has since taken it upon themselves to create a small committee, focused on finding ways to deal with compassion fatigue and creating support groups for both our staff as well as our clients dealing with pet loss. Brandon is a fantastic speaker and one that we would love to have return to our practice. His impact has been a lasting one for our team.
